Situation (I): VISCPRO software reports an error when the viscometer is running,

please check whether the level of silicone oil in the oil bath is low, if the level is low, please add silicone oil. If the liquid level is normal, please check whether the test voltage is stable and meets the running requirements of the instrument. 

Situation (2): Sampling failure If there is an air compressor, please check whether the air pressure valve is open. If open and still can not work properly need to check whether the vacuum pump pressure is normal. Such as making samples or cleaning solvents, can not be normally extracted to the test position, please contact the engineer to assist in vacuum air pressure adjustment operation, please do not operate on your own. 

Situation (3): viscometer test results or abnormal results, please calibrate the sensor sensitivity, such as the first time this operation, please contact the engineer for guidance.

Situation (4): the viscometer can not be cleaned first check whether the solvent pump is turned on and whether the solvent balance is sufficient, if normal, please check the waste liquid device. Need to check whether the waste liquid collection bottle has enough recovery space, if the space is insufficient, please empty, tighten the waste liquid bottle. If there is enough space, after tightening the waste liquid bottle still can not be normal cleaning, please contact the engineer to diagnose whether it is due to the damage of accessories abnormal.
