With single case controllers from ILUDEST® distillation and separation processes can be precisely controlled and reliably monitored—whether temperature, vacuum, reflux ratio, or heating power. The microprocessor-controlled units have a modular design, can be operated via touchscreen, and can be networked with a PC, CAN bus, or Ethernet.
The range extends from the distillation controller [DC/U]³, through safety modules such as [SU]³ or [LC]³ (level monitoring), to precise individual displays/controllers such as [TA]³ (temperature), [VC]³ (vacuum) or [DP]³ (differential pressure). The [RT]³ reflux timer and the [LS]³ power controller also ensure reproducible processes and optimum system adaptation.
Our control units can be equipped with an OPC UA interface for connection to your process control system. Live measured values can be read out via this. Conversion to Modbus TCP is possible.
The controllers can be combined individually or in a system, are available ready for connection and are ideal for applications in laboratories, pilot plants or production environments - with high demands on safety and ease of use.
