ILUDEST® [DC/MoS]² is a PC-based control system for the fully automatic regulation of distillation and rectification plants. It combines high process reliability with maximum flexibility and user-friendliness. Its easy adaptability to different distillation tasks ensures optimum separation performance—individually for each plant.

The system enables menu-driven operation, automated fractionation into several distillate templates in discontinuous or continuous operation to optimize product quality and yield. Control strategies and process sequences can be changed directly via the software - without any intervention in the hardware.

Sensors (e.g. Pt-100 thermometers, pressure and level sensors) and actuators (valves, pumps, heaters) are connected to the PC via the [DC/MoS]² - for modern, reliable process control. Ideal for complex laboratory and pilot systems.

Our control units can be equipped with an OPC UA interface for connection to your process control system. Live measured values can be read out via this. Conversion to Modbus TCP is possible.
